Trampling His Forearms With Muddy Hiking Boots

I rail into the plane on the back of my slave - and I brought along a doormat. But of course I wont clean my muddy hiking boots on the doormat alone - that wouldnt be any joy! I make him put his forearms on the doormat and instantly embark trampling them under the fiercely hard boot feet. I even hop on his forearms to get more raw mud out of the deep boot tread - and to hurt him even more ;- Then I spit on his hands a couple of times and light up a cigarette. While I enjoy my cigarette, I continue to trample his hands and spit all over them - and obviously I also use his hands as my ashtray!
